At just 16 years old, Jordan was a promising star athlete with scholarships in hand and a future filled with endless possibilities. But in a life-altering moment, a tragic accident left him paralyzed, shattering his dreams and forcing him to confront an uncertain and daunting new reality. The loss of his athletic identity and future ambitions was overwhelming, leaving him feeling lost and hopeless. What followed was a long, painful journey of rediscovery—one that led him to rebuild not just his body, but his entire sense of self.
Jordan received his Bachelor’s degree from Utah Valley University and his Master's Degree in Counseling Psychology with an emphasis in addiction from the University of Denver. He has spent his career becoming a leading expert in trauma and identity reconstruction, helping individuals—including executives, leaders, and corporate teams—reclaim their confidence and realign with their core values after seasons of burnout, transition, or adversity.
As a Certified EMDR Therapist, private practice owner, and published author, Jordan has worked with survivors of all forms of trauma, guiding them through the complex process of healing and identity reconstruction. He has seen firsthand how realignment—not reinvention—creates lasting change, both personally and professionally.
Today, Jordan travels the country as a professional speaker, sharing his story of resilience with audiences across industries—from schools and universities to corporate organizations. His message resonates with anyone facing pressure, identity loss, or the weight of expectation—whether in the boardroom or in everyday life. Jordan inspires others to face challenges with courage, reconnect with who they are beyond their roles, and unlock a renewed sense of purpose. His talks leave audiences empowered to lead, live, and grow—not despite adversity, but because of it.
